Our business model is one in which our customers, both present and future,
are able to obtain all information about products, including technical
specifications and other details, as well as guaranteed current pricing,
including the actual placement of an order, even the details of previous
order history using the Shopping Cart when logged in, all without human intervention on our
part. We believe that this delivers to our cusomers the information on their
terms, that is, when they want to get it, not when someone else gets around to
giving it to them. Our goal is to strive toward a "24/7 service" for our customers,
and while we might not be there on all fronts, we are surely moving in that direction.
However as in any business, on occasion, additional information is required,
or problems of an unanticipated nature, do arise. And it is for these reasons
that we want to provide access, not just to some general "information" or
"sales" e-mail address, but right to the very person who could best address
someone's particular concerns.
